Where does it come from?

Our Colostrum is derived from grass-fed cows and concentrated for use as a nutritional supplement. The Colostrum used in Aristaeos is standardized to 20% IgG, an important marker used to characterize colostrum quality. The quality of colostrum depends not only on its IgG percentage, but also on factors such as its origin, purity, collection, processing, and preservation of its broader bioactive matrix.
Our US dairy farms follow a Calf-First Policy, meaning only excess colostrum—beyond the calf’s complete nutritional needs - is collected. Additionally, our farms are members of the National Dairy FARM (Farmers Assuring Responsible Management) Program, which establishes standards and best practices related to animal care, welfare, and environmental stewardship.
