Where does it come from?
Sodium hyaluronate is naturally present in the body. For skincare, it is derived via a fermentation process using beneficial bacterium to extract hyaluronic acid from plant sources. Sodium acetylated hyaluronate is a derivative of hyaluronic acid with acetyl groups, it also penetrates the skin better and stays in it longer than regular hyaluronic acid.
Moisturize the skin: Sodium hyaluronate attracts moisture in skin cells, minimizing irritation and flaking by maximizing skin hydration. Its low molecular weight provides a greater hydrating benefit compared to HA.
