After enrollment how do i login to my account?
- Go to account.olivetreepeople.com.
- Sign in using the email address you used to enroll.
- Click TREEHOUSE MEMBERSHIP in the menu on the left.
How many Olives do I earn per dollar spent?
You earn 1.5 Olives for every $1 USD spent on regular orders, 2 Points for very $1 USD spent on subscribe & save orders.
For example, if you spend $200 USD on a regular order, you'll earn 300 Points (400 Points on a $200 USD subscribe & save order).
In Canada the same logic applies—but your amount spent is first converted from CAD to USD at the current exchange rate, so if $10 CAD equals $7 USD today, that dollar converts to 7 Points.
How do my Olives convert to product credit?
Every 100 Olives equals $10 in product credit in the US. For example, 200 Olivesequals $20 in product credit. In Canada, when converting progress into product credit, the Company’s Canadian product credit conversion rate will be applied to the Points amount.
What can I get with my Olives?
Olives can be used for product credit, limited edition products, branded merchandise and exclusive experiences.
How do I get my birthday gift?
On your birthday, gift Olives of 600 (worth $60) will appear within your account/dashboard.
Is there a minimum amount of Olives required to use it?
No. You can convert it to product credit at any time.
Do I earn Olives on taxes and shipping?
No. Olives is made on the product subtotal only.
Do I make Olives when using discounts or promo codes?
Yes. You make Olives from the final purchase amount after discounts, and promo codes are applied, but before taxes and shipping.
What happens to my Olives when I return an item?
Olives you made from a returned item will be removed from your account.
WHAT IS A CONSECUTIVE ORDER?
A subscription order that has not been skipped. It must ship within five days before or after the original or most recent subscription shipment date.
Do my Olives expire?
Olives expire after 90 days.
How many free gifts can I receive with my subscribe & save order??
You can receive a maximum of three gifts per year—one with each of your 2nd, 3rd, and 4th consecutive subscribe & save orders of $150 or more.
