This lightweight melting cleansing balm perfectly maintains skin hydration and comfort. The blend of gentle, bio active ingredients support the skin’s natural harmony, leaving it feeling soft and refreshed. It melts into the skin, deeply hydrates, removes makeup, and protects from oxidative factors, thanks to hydroxytyrosol.
Application
Take an almond-sized amount of the cleansing balm with clean fingers or a spatula. Gently massage the balm onto dry skin using circular motions. Focus on areas with makeup or buildup. (Optional) Wet your fingertips with a little warm water and continue massaging to emulsify the balm. Rinse off thoroughly with warm water or wipe away with a soft, damp cloth.
For a Hydration-Boosting Face Mask: After cleansing, apply a thin, even layer of the balm to clean, dry skin. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes to deeply hydrate and nourish the skin. Gently rinse off with warm water.
What do we stand for?
We never put water first, as is the case with traditional emulsions. Our emulsion builds up entirely without water, which is why the Olea Europaea (olive) leaf cell elixir comes first for us. However, water may be contained elsewhere in our INCIs as a breakdown from other ingredients.
Our formulas never change, even as nature does. In over 20 years of creating products in synergy with nature, our formulas have never changed. Every year, the wisdom of nature brings us a new harvest with its own unique variations; an olive or apple harvest will taste a little different each year. And because we choose to work with bioactive raw materials instead of refined materials, these natural variations in taste, color, and scent are an authentic part of our products.
Any fragrances contained in our INCIs are a composition of essential oils. According to the EU Cosmetics Regulation, these must be labeled under the generic term "perfume" or "fragrance" in the INCIs and plant allergens must be shown separately. In principle, OLIVEDA does not use synthetic fragrances.
Our products are vegan, except for those made with honey from our own honeybees, or with collagen peptides or goat milk powder.
