- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is complete and accurate. Orders are processed using the exact address provided at the time of purchase.
Address Changes (U.S. Orders Only)
- If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we will do our best to update the shipping address upon request.ย
- Address changes are not guaranteed, and once an order has entered fulfillment, the original address cannot be modified.
- If you realize your shipping address is incorrect after fulfillment, please contact the carrier immediately to request an intercept or hold (if available), as we are unable to make changes once the order has shipped.
International Orders
- For international orders, address changes cannot be made after the order is placed due to carrier and customs restrictions.
Delivered Orders
- If an order is delivered to the address selected and confirmed by the customerโwhether the address was outdated, incomplete, or entered incorrectlyโthe order is not eligible for refund, replacement, or reshipment.ย
- We are unable to retrieve or redirect packages once they have been delivered, and ownership transfers to the recipient at that time.
From time to time, delivery carriers may mark a package as โDeliveredโ up to 24โ48 hours before it actually arrives.
We recommend checking around your property, including front and back porches, side doors, garage areas, and any usual drop-off spots. Please also check with household members, neighbors, or building staff (such as a front desk or lobby attendant) who may have accepted the package on your behalf.
If itโs been more than 3 business days since the tracking was marked โDeliveredโ and your package still hasnโt arrived, please reach out to our Customer Support Team.
Weโll be happy to investigate and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
Oh no! We take great care in packing our orders, so we're truly sorry to hear that yours arrived damaged.
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately and include a photo of the affected item(s).
Please examine your products upon receiptโany issues must be reported within 15 days of receiving your order.
If eligible, weโre happy to provide a replacement. If an exchange is not possible, we reserve the right to issue a refund for the returned product.

Weโre happy to cancel your order if weโre able to catch it in time. If the label hasnโt been printed and the order hasnโt been sent to fulfillment, weโll gladly cancel it and issue a full refund.

- Once we receive your returned item(s), a store credit voucher will be emailed to you within 7โ10 business days. You can then use the voucher toward a new purchase.
For our Retail Customers:
- Products can be returned within 365 days from the date of receipt if you are not satisfied for any reason.

For Canadian Returns and Exchanges

- Unfortunately, we cannot provide a prepaid return shipping label from Canada.

Damaged or Incorrectly Shipped Products

- If desired, we will replace all such products. However, if an exchange is not possible, we reserve the right to issue a refund for the returned product.

Important Return Information
- Returns must be initiatedย as outlined above; any returns sent without prior initiation will not be accepted.
- Upon initiating a return, the prepaid label is valid for 14 daysย from the date the return is started.
- If you are returning your order, any included free gifts must also be returned.
- Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sets, packs and bundles must be returned as a complete set; partial returns will not be accepted.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payerย using the original payment method.
- If OLIVE TREE PEOPLE products are purchased from unauthorized retailers or websites, we cannot provide refunds or offer assistance.
- Olive Tree People reserves the right to refuse a return/refund. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, including but not limited to product usage, the condition of the items received, return history, and account status.
- Ineligible or denied returnsโincluding those received outside the allotted return windowโare not eligible for refund and will not be returned to the customer under any circumstances.

PESTICIDES + CHEMICALS STATEMENT
Mayoress of Arroyomolinos de Leon hasย organically certifiedย that Olive Tree Peopleโs 30,000+ mountainous olive trees in Andalusia, Spain are located in a government-protected natural park where not a single chemical has been spread or fed to these trees for over 60 years.ย
What is Organic?
- Bioactive raw materials from OLIVEDAโs olive trees, including Olea Europaea olive leaf extract and olive leaf cell elixir, which contain the polyphenolic compounds Hydroxytyrosol and Oleuropein, as well as the Arbequina olive oil, areย organically Eco-Certified by CAAE.ย This constitutes approximatelyย 96%ย of an OLIVEDA product.
- Plant extracts, active ingredients, organic compounds, and natural preservatives are some of the ingredientsย that constitute approximatelyย 4%ย of an OLIVEDA product. Sourced for their natural origins, commitment to sustainable practices, or environmentally friendly profiles, many hold certifications such asย Ecocertโข, COSMOS, Ecolabel, NATRUE, and the Natural Products Association, many are organically certifiedย by EU standards.ย

โAll raw materials falling under the scope ofย EU Council Regulation 834/2007, which will mean they have been certified as organic, will have anย organic certificateย confirming that the substance comes from organic production.
However, this legislation coversย agricultural products for use as food only. Thus,ย whenever a raw material is outside the scope of the EU Organic Regulation or any other organic agricultural regulation, there might be a break in the chain of custody: the organic certificate may only cover the primary product (e.g., the plant) and not the processed cosmetic raw material (e.g., the extract). This breakage introduces uncertainty. It means that the finished product manufacturer cannot unambiguously know if the cosmetic raw material is organic or not. The increased uncertainty impacts the manufacturerโs ability to support such a claim. To surpass the problem,ย manufacturers can select raw materials certified as organicย according to private standard label certifications.
Moreover, the French ARPP states that a cosmetic product can be presented as organic if it meets at least one of the following requirements:
- It contains 100% of certified organic ingredients;
- It has been certified as organic by a certification body;
- It has been proved that the cosmetic has been produced with organic ingredientsย equivalentย in terms of composition and content to the levels required by the certification bodies.โ
At OLIVE TREE PEOPLE, we only use fragrances derived from natural origins.ย Our fragrances are compositions of essential oils derived from plants.
The specific blend of ingredients in a fragrance is considered a trade secret, meaning that companies are not required to disclose the exact components.
Where are they from?
Natural origin fragrances, the category used at OLIVE TREE PEOPLE, are derived from plant materials such as flowers, fruits, herbs, and spices, through processes like distillation or extraction.ย ย
Our products use up to 21 unique essential oils. You'll find this on our labels under the legally prescribed collective term โparfumโ in the EU and โfragranceโ in the US.ย

AROMATHERAPY, HEALING, ENHANCING
- Pleasant Sensory Experience: Fragrance enhances the overall user experience by providing a pleasant scent that can evoke emotions, memories, and a sense of well-being.
- Aromatherapy Benefits: Some fragrances derived from essential oils may offer aromatherapy benefits, such as relaxation, stress relief, or invigoration.
- Natural Antimicrobial Properties: Some fragrances derived from essential oils, such as tea tree or eucalyptus, have natural antibacterial and antimicrobial properties, which can benefit the skin.
- Brand Identity: Fragrance is often used to create a signature scent for a product line, helping to establish a unique brand identity that contributes to consumer loyalty.
How are they used in our products?
Fragrances (natural origin only) are used inย less than 50%ย of OLIVEDA products and inย 0%ย of LA DOPE products.ย It is included for its aromatherapy and healing properties, which create a sensory and mood-enhancing experience while providing relaxation, stress relief, and mood enhancement. The fresh or soothing natural scents linger on the skin, making the product more enjoyable.
Our products are well-protected by amber glass bottles, which are resistant to heat, cold, and sun damage as the amber glass also blocks UV light. For our shipping packaging, we use paper and cardboard instead of plastic, which also protects your order if left in the hot sun or freezing snow when delivered.
If your product delivery was exposed to heat, please open the box, shake each product (without opening), and place your products in the fridge for 10 minutes to restore them to room temperature. Once the products have cooled to room temperature, open them to check that the ingredients have not separated. If they appear separated, use a stir or the end of a teaspoon and give them a brisk stir to re-blend.
If your product delivery was exposed to cold, please let them return to room temperature and briskly stir to re-blend if necessary.

Our products are made in Germany every three months to ensure they arrive with the freshest bioactive ingredients perfectly sealed in.
On each product label, you'll notice an open jar logo with a number followed by an "M," indicating how many months the product remains fresh after opening.
For our internal products, we recommend using them within three months of opening and storing them in the refrigerator.ย
Our unopened products can remain fresh if stored for 30 months at room temperature.

Wheat / Gluten
Four OLIVEDA products contain ingredients derived from wheat; however, they do not contain gluten according to our teamโs research and confirmation from the official OLIVEDA website.
We encourage customers to conduct their own research, consult their healthcare provider, or perform a patch test before use.
Products containing wheat-derived ingredients:
- H22 Hair & Scalp Treatment: Triticum vulgare (wheat) bran extract
- F25 Neroli Face Oil Serum: Triticum vulgare (wheat) germ oil

All four are confirmed gluten-free. Ingredients such as wheat germ oil, wheat bran extract, tocopherol (Vitamin E), and alcohol are wheat-derived but do not contain gluten.
Maltodextrin
Our Maltodextrin is 100% plant-based and derived from potatoes, making it gluten-free.
It is tested for purity and safety before use. Maltodextrin functions synergistically with natural actives such as honey and olive leaf extract, helping to enhance their performance, reduce skin irritation, and support overall skin conditioning.
Soy
The following products contain small amounts of soy-based ingredients such as glycine soja or hydrolyzed soy protein.

Coconut & Palm Oils
Most individuals with nut allergies can safely use coconut and palm-derived ingredients, as these are not tree nuts and contain no nut proteins.
- Coconut is botanically classified as a fruit, not a nut.
- Palm oil, including Elaeis guineensis kernel oil, is also nut-free and unrelated to tree nuts
EU Restricted Allergens
The EU Restricted Allergens List includes numerous essential oils.
These ingredients are permitted in formulations but are subject to maximum concentration limits and must be individually listed on product labels (separately from the term โfragranceโ).
This regulation ensures transparency and allows companies to safely maintain their signature natural scent profiles.
