Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Juice is derived from the bio-liquefaction of fresh Arbequina olives grown within our conservation of over 30,000 mountain olive trees in Andalusia, Spain. These groves are eco-certified under CAAE Organic Certification standards, ensuring that cultivation and production meet strict environmental and quality requirements.
Sourced from wild, mountain-grown olive trees within our protected natural reserve, these trees grow as part of a thriving ecosystem that supports biodiversity, soil health, and long-term sustainability. The olives are carefully processed to preserve the naturally occurring water-soluble compounds and beneficial phytonutrients found within the olive fruit.
