We are excited for this year’s OLIVE TREE PEOPLE convention to take place at the iconic Million Dollar Theater, a venue as rich in history as it is in beauty. Built in 1918 as one of the first grand movie palaces in the United States, this Los Angeles landmark is a masterpiece of Beaux-Arts architecture and a cornerstone of the city’s cultural legacy. Its storied past includes hosting legendary performances and premieres, wrapping every guest in the glamour and grandeur of old Hollywood. This remarkable setting provides the perfect stage to share our vision, unite our community, and celebrate the timeless story of the olive tree in a place as unforgettable as our mission itself.

When and where is the OLIVE TREE PEOPLE Convention taking place?

The 2025 OLIVE TREE PEOPLE Convention will be held on October 3 & 4, 2025 at the historic Million Dollar Theater in Downtown Los Angeles, located at 307 South Broadway, Los Angeles CA 90013. We are also closing down S Broadway between 3rd and 4th for our incredible Olive Grove and Olive Rose Experience. Check-in to reveive your badge will be in 331 S Broadway.

How do I register for the convention?

Register for the convention here. If you are in Canada, please change the flag in the upper right corner to the appropriate flag before purchasing.

Is a ticket required to attend?

Yes, a valid ticket (your unique QR code) is required for entry to the convention.

Can I bring a guest or child with me?

Only registered attendees are permitted. If you’d like a guest to join, they must purchase a ticket. Children are welcome; however, please note that the OLIVE TREE PEOPLE Convention is designed primarily for an adult audience. The programming, environment, and pace of the day may not be ideal for younger attendees. All guests over the age of 3 must have their own ticket for entry. Please also be aware that childcare will not be provided onsite. We recommend making arrangements in advance if you're bringing little ones, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to create a comfortable and engaging experience for all guests. We will have a dedicated space for nursing mothers.

What does my ticket include?

Your ticket grants you full access to all scheduled convention activities throughout the day. Some events and areas are for guests that have met certain qualifications, keep reading!

Are tickets refundable or transferable?

Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are not transferable prior to the convention. However, if the original ticket holder is unable to attend, their unique QR code can be used by another guest. The name can be updated onsite during check-in. Please note that once a QR code is scanned, that ticket is considered checked in and cannot be scanned a second time.

What if I already purchased more than one ticket?


. If the original ticket purchaser provided a guest name and email, that guest will receive their own QR code and can pick up their own badge. If you purchased multiple tickets under your name, you will receive multiple emails with unique QR codes, and names can be changed onsite at check-in. If you did not receive a QR code, please check your spam folder and contact customer support with your order number.

What if I need to change the name on a badge?

We understand that names may change—whether you’re adding a guest onsite, fixing a typo, or prefer to go by a different name. Upon check-in with your unique QR code that is associated with the original purchase, you will have an opportunity to change your name.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Tickets must be purchased in advance and will not be available for sale at the door. We recommend securing your spot early, as space is limited.

Will this event be streamed online?

No, the convention will be an in-person event only and will not be available via livestream.

Who can attend the convention? Is it open to the public or consultants only?

The convention is open to all registered, ticketed guests. Whether you're a consultant or a guest of one, you must have a valid ticket to attend.

Will meals or refreshments be provided during the event?

Yes, complimentary beverages and lunch will be provided to all attendees during the convention.

Can I bring my own food or drink?


Yes, you may bring your own snacks or non-alcoholic beverages. We kindly ask that you respect the historic theater space by cleaning up after yourself and disposing of any waste properly. Please note: outside alcohol is not permitted. If you’re looking for something delicious nearby, we highly encourage you to visit the Grand Central Market, located just next door. It’s a beloved Los Angeles landmark with a wide variety of food and drink options — perfect for a quick bite before or after the event! Soon we will provide a list of select vendors offering discounts to OLIVE TREE PEOPLE Convention attendees, identified by a participating sign.

Will there be a coat or bag check available?

Yes, a limited bag check will be available at the venue. However, space is very limited, so we kindly recommend leaving larger items or luggage at your hotel if possible, as they are better equipped to store them securely.

Is the venue ADA accessible?

The venue offers limited wheelchair accessibility. While there is some access for guests using mobility devices, please note that the restrooms inside the theatre are not wheelchair accessible. We recommend reaching out to our team in advance if you have specific accessibility needs, so we can do our best to accommodate and support your experience.

Old theaters often have small bathrooms. Will there be additional restrooms available?

Yes! In addition to the restrooms inside the theater, we will have additional restroom facilities located throughout the Broadway Olive Grove area. There are also extra restrooms available on the lower level of Grand Central Market, just next door for your convenience.

Are there any nearby hotel recommendations or discounted room blocks?

Yes, we have curated a list of nearby hotels for your convenience. If a hotel is offering a discounted rate, its name will be linked directly to the special booking offer. Please note that discounts are subject to availability. The list below shows our hotel recommendations based on their proximity to the theater — not all offer discounted rates. We suggest looking at sites like Booking.com, Trivago, Hotels.com etc. to find other hotels or more competitive rates.

Is transportation provided to and from the venue?

Transportation is not provided. Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the venue.

Is parking available at or near the venue?

Yes, parking is available nearby. The Grand Central Market Parking lot is the closest option, and there are also several public city parking lots and structures within walking distance of the venue.

Are there ride-share pickup and drop-off zones?

Yes, designated ride-share pickup and drop-off zones will be available and clearly marked. The exact locations will be shared on the event map, which will be provided ahead of the event.

What should I wear to the convention?

We encourage guests to dress comfortably and in a way that suits their personal style.

Will OLIVE TREE PEOPLE products be available for purchase on-site?

No, but we will have official OTP merch available.

Will there be breakout sessions, trainings, or keynote speakers?

The event schedule is currently being finalized. Please check back closer to the event for detailed information.

What health and safety protocols will be in place during the event?

We will adhere to all applicable local health guidelines to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone. For any first-aid needs during the event, our guest services team at 331 S Broadway will be happy to assist you.

Who is invited to the VIP Reception on Friday?

If a guest has met the qualifications listed below, they will receive an invitation to the VIP Reception on Friday, October 3, 4 PM–6 PM.

  • Must be paid at Silver Olive Star or higher — 3 months (Jan–Aug 2025)
  • Silver Olive Star and above achievers must maintain the paid-as rank of Violet Olive Star or higher in September 2025 (cannot fall to a rank lower than Violet Olive Star).
Who is allowed to sit in the VIP Seating in the theater?

Guests who are Black Olive Star and above are welcome to sit in the VIP seating at the Million Dollar Theater. (Must be paid at Black Olive Star or higher 8 months (Jan–Aug 2025)).

Who has access to the VIP Treehouse Lounge?

Guests who are Executive Olive Star or higher have access to the VIP Treehouse Lounge. (Must be paid at Executive Olive Star or higher 8 months (Jan–Aug 2025)).
